KNOW YOUR ATTA

How do I get the softest rotis with this atta?

Add 1 spoon of curd for every 100g of atta while kneading the dough. Want it even softer? Just add a bit more curd. Khapli and millets have less gluten than regular wheat - good for digestion and blood sugar - and curd helps the dough stay soft and pliable.

Why should I replace my regular atta with this?

Your regular atta is made from modern wheat - bred for shelf life, not your health. This one is built around Khapli (an ancient grain) + millets + Moringa. Lower GI, more fibre, more protein. Same roti. Noticeably different how you feel after eating it.

Okay but why is Moringa in atta?

Because most of us don't get enough iron, calcium, or protein from our daily meals. Moringa quietly fixes that. It's packed with all essential amino acids (rare for a plant), iron, and Vitamin C - and adding it to atta means you get it every single day without thinking about it. Two rotis = done.

Is it good for diabetics or people with blood sugar?

Khapli is naturally low GI. Millets digest slowly. Moringa has traditionally been used to support blood sugar balance. This combination is significantly better than regular atta for blood sugar management. We're a food brand, not doctors - but if you're prediabetic or insulin-resistant, this is a healthy everyday swap.

Can my whole family have this kids, elderly, everyone?

Yes, and honestly, it's one of the best things you can feed all of them. Kids get calcium and iron from Ragi and Moringa critical for growing bones and healthy blood. Adults get the protein and low-GI benefit for sustained energy. Elderly family members get a grain that's easier on digestion than modern wheat. One atta. Every age.
